NSB Watch was founded by Matteo Micheletti, a Florida-based watch enthusiast with a passion for timepieces that could rival even the biggest clock collector. But his love for watches didn't truly take off until he inherited an Omega Speedmaster from his grandfather, Ferruccio, also known as the "Moonwatch" for its role in all six lunar missions.

You see, Matteo's grandfather was a bit of a space geek and passed on his love for all things cosmic to Matteo. But, Matteo's grandfather was also a bit of a prankster and left a note in the Will saying "I know you'll never be an astronaut, but at least you can pretend you are with this watch."

Matteo was born and raised in a small town called Roasio in Piemonte, Italy, where the people have a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and tradition. His grandfather, Ferruccio, was in the construction industry and always emphasized the importance of precision, attention to detail, and hard work. It was through him that Matteo learned about the art of watchmaking and the importance of quality and attention to detail. Ferruccio's legacy inspired Matteo to create watches that not only look great but also have a story behind them.
